Systemic Mapping
Before intervention, the system is documented. This phase establishes baseline physiological signatures across HRV, sleep architecture, circadian alignment, and subjective capacity data. The aim is not to find what is broken, but to understand the operating state of the whole.
- 24-hour HRV baseline and trend mapping
- Sleep architecture staging (REM/deep/latency cycles)
- Circadian rhythm alignment assessment
- Perceived exertion vs. objective output correlation
- Inflammatory and recovery biomarker review
Precision Loading
Using the systemic map as a foundation, controlled physiological stressors are introduced to identify where the system degrades and at what threshold. This is not training. It is diagnostic loading, structured to expose where the system's regulation fails under specific demands.
- Controlled aerobic and anaerobic threshold testing
- Cognitive and physical load stacking protocols
- Post-exertional HRV recovery trajectory analysis
- Immune and hormonal response monitoring
- Subjective-objective divergence tracking
Autonomic Resilience
The final phase moves from diagnosis to recalibration. Targeted interventions, informed entirely by the preceding data, are applied to restore autonomic flexibility and shift the system out of chronic sympathetic dominance. Progress is tracked against the baseline, not against generic population norms.
- Personalised autonomic recalibration protocols
- Parasympathetic restoration sequencing
- Cyclical stress-recovery periodisation
- Biological marker re-evaluation at 8 and 12 weeks
- Capacity output vs. physiological cost benchmarking
Not a coaching programme
Coaching operates on behaviour. The Audit operates on physiology. The distinction matters because behaviour change cannot override a dysregulated autonomic system; it compounds it.
Not a fitness protocol
Fitness protocols are designed for healthy systems to increase capacity. The Audit is designed for systems operating at apparent capacity ceiling to identify why that ceiling exists.
Not a wellness offering
Wellness is generalised. The Audit is individual. There is no default programme, no population-average recommendation, and no optimism substituting for data.
The Audit does not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions. It is a non-medical assessment framework that maps physiological patterns and builds targeted recalibration protocols from that data.
